Lake Erie Fishing Report
Lake Erie - Lake, OH
As the colder weather sets in, there's been a noticeable increase in both the size and number of yellow perch, highlighting the thriving season for Lake Erie Fishing Charters. Notable perch catches have been reported near Brest Bay and Stony Point, just north of Sterling State Park's boat ramp, with anglers using emerald shiners on perch spreaders. Additionally, walleye catches have been successful outside the Fermi Power Plant and around Stony Point, primarily through trolling. This trend is a boon for Lake Erie Fishing Charters, as with water temperatures dropping this month, it's likely that larger fish will be more actively biting, offering an exciting experience for anglers.
